What services does KARGOPH provide?

We offer full-service international freight forwarding (air and sea), customs brokerage & clearance, domestic trucking & hauling, warehousing, packing & crating, project/bulk cargo handling, and logistics consultancy.

How long is my quotation valid?

Standard quotations are valid for 7 calendar days, unless otherwise stated.

Are there surcharges I should be aware of?

Yes. Depending on the route and season, surcharges may include fuel adjustment, peak season surcharge, congestion fee, or value-added services.

What are your payment terms?

For new clients, advance payment is required. For approved accounts, 30-day credit terms may be extended. All rates are quoted in Philippine Peso (PHP), plus VAT.

Do you handle dangerous goods (DG)?

Yes, but we require the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for classification before acceptance.

Do you provide cargo insurance?

Yes. Cargo insurance is available upon request. Our list of accredited providers can be shared during booking.

How do you handle damaged or lost cargo?

We assist in filing claims with carriers. Please notify us immediately so we can guide you on claim requirements and timelines.

What if my tracking number doesn’t show a result?

Please contact our operations team via phone or WhatsApp, and we will assist immediately.

What documents are required for imports?

Typical requirements include: Bill of Lading/Air Waybill, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and permits (if applicable).

Do you handle restricted or regulated shipments?

Yes, but they require special compliance. Items such as dangerous goods (DG – subject to MSDS review), lithium batteries, pharmaceuticals, perishables, live animals, and precious metals need prior coordination and regulatory permits.

Do you offer warehousing?

Yes, we provide secure short-term and long-term storage, with inventory management services.

Can you handle oversized or project cargo?

Yes, subject to a case-to-case assessment. Please provide cargo details early for proper planning.

What if my shipment is delayed?

Our operations team will coordinate with carriers, provide revised ETAs, and keep you updated.
